• Technology and Infrastructure Providers: This includes cloud computing services (e.g., servers, data centers), licensed software vendors for development tools, operating systems, and security, and manufacturers/suppliers of IT hardware (laptops, peripherals, networking equipment).
• Professional and Corporate Services: External consultants (legal, accounting, specialized technical expertise), marketing and advertising agencies, and recruitment/staffing agencies for both permanent and contract developers.
• Facilities and Operations: Suppliers of office equipment and consumables, catering services, cleaning, security, and facility maintenance contractors,
• Geographic Scope: Tier 1 cloud services primarily based in the US and EU,and recruitment partners operating in the UK, Nigeria, India, and Eastern Europe.

We recognize that there is a risk of modern slavery and human trafficking occurring in any supply chain, and we are committed to taking steps to assess and mitigate this risk.

Pepper Rest Limited has a zero-tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking are not taking place anywhere in our own business or in our supply chains.

We have implemented the following due diligence processes to identify and mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains:

• Supplier Code of Conduct: We require all of our suppliers to adhere to a strict code of conduct that prohibits slavery and human trafficking in all forms.
• Risk Assessments: We conduct regular risk assessments of our supply chains to identify areas where there may be a heightened risk of slavery and human trafficking.
• Supplier Audits: We conduct audits of our suppliers to verify that they are complying with our code of conduct and that they are taking steps to prevent slavery and human trafficking in their own operations.
• Whistle blowing Procedures: We have established whistle blowing procedures that allow employees and other stakeholders to report any concerns they may have about slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains.

Pepper Rest Limited provides training to its employees to ensure that they understand the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and how to identify and report any concerns they may have.

Pepper Rest Limited regularly reviews the effectiveness of our systems and controls to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our own business or in our supply chains. We track the number of supplier audits conducted, the number of concerns raised through our whistle blowing procedures, and the actions taken to address any identified issues.
